Definitions
“Ando’s Mobile Diesel Repairs” shall mean Banjo’s Moet n Ink PTY LTD, or any agents, contractors and employees hereof.
“Client” shall mean the client/customer, any person acting on behalf of & with the authority of the client/customer, or any person purchasing products & services from Ando’s Mobile Diesel Repairs.
Rates
Travel costs are $1.90 per km exc. GST charged from 33 Emma St Mooroopna, VIC 3629 to the site of service – usually charged on a one-way basis. Km travelled for the quote will be charged on the first invoice plus km travelled for the job itself.
Consumables will be charged for each reasonable separate works performed at a cost of $30 exc. GST minimum - if extra items are needed to perform the works the consumables will be added on a job to job basis.
All oils or fluids needed for the works purchased through Ando’s will be based on the current fluid prices per litre.
Labour will be charged per hour at a rate of $120 inc. GST to the whole and half hour only for fully qualified mechanics. Parts ordering and time required to pick up and find parts will be included within labour costs this will be charged at a reasonable time rate only. If the mechanic is not qualified – position and rate will be specified on the invoice.
All direct freight costs including GST will be passed onto the customer at cost price for each item requiring delivery.
For jobs lasting longer than one-week, weekly progress payments will be required to cover expended costs.
Service and repairs will not commence/continue unless the quote is approved
Estimates and Quotations
Estimates are provided on a best endeavours basis only and, unless a fixed price quotation (see above) has been provided to the client, work will be charged based upon the price of parts provided by Ando’s Mobile Diesel Repairs plus labour which will be charged by the hour or part thereof and may include time taken to research, source and purchase any materials provided. All quotations for work will be provided based on the information given to Ando’s Mobile Diesel Repairs by the client. Any variations to the work following the issue of the quotation and prior to commencement of work shall result in a revised quotation being issued for acceptance.
For variations after work has commenced, a fixed price to cover the variation shall be agreed between Ando’s Mobile Diesel Repairs and the client and added to the final invoice.
In the event that requirements change due to insufficient information having been provided, defects found in existing installations, etc. the client will be liable for any additional expense incurred.
Deposits for parts ordered
A 30% non-refundable deposit for all parts requiring to be ordered valued at under $1000 inc. GST will be required to be paid, when email or text message confirmation is received from the client or signed form for onsite quotes. Part will promptly be ordered only when confirmation and proof that payment has been received.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is for all parts requiring to be ordered at a value of over $1000 inc. GST will be required to be paid when email or text message confirmation is received from the client or signed form is received by Ando’s for onsite quotes. Part will promptly be ordered only when confirmation and proof that payment has been received.
Warranty – Labour and parts
There will only be a manufacturer warranty on new parts supplied by Ando’s. No warranty for second hand and reconditioned parts or customer provided parts including labour. Labour and installation warranty will be provided only for works carried out and Ando’s are made aware of an error within 1 week of work completion. Warranty will not be issued for any works completed by Ando’s or parts installed caused by failure found to be arising out of complications caused by another component issue caused to our installation or provided parts. No warranty will be issued if other works have been performed by anyone
